The transformational coaching process will revolve around three core domains: clarity, alignment, and integration. You can’t shift what you can’t see, so we begin by helping you see yourself with precision: your strengths, your blind spots, and your impact on others. From there, we look at where your actions align (or misalign) with your values and what your company ultimately needs from. That work often requires radical self-responsibility, discomfort, and honesty. Finally, we ensure this growth doesn’t stay theoretical. We focus on how your leadership is landing, across your team, your company, and the systems you influence,so that the inner work becomes outer results.

High-performing leaders who are technically exceptional and have mastered their craft, but recognize that technical brilliance alone won’t take them where they want to go.

How it works:
Coaching is offered as a monthly retainer, with up to four 60-minute 1:1 sessions available each month.
You’ll engage in evidence-based practices and structured reflection to support your development.
Support is available between sessions as needed to help you navigate real-time leadership challenges.
Offsite’s & Facilitation
When you partner with me on an offsite, you get a partner who is dedicated to ensuring the investment in this experience is fully actualized,both relationally and strategically,for your team.
We begin with a diligent intake process to clarify what your team most needs at this particular moment in time. From there, I design a high-impact experience that strengthens trust, deepens communication, and reconnects team members to their objectives and the company’s purpose, vision, and values. We surface what’s working,and just as importantly, we name and interrupt the patterns that are getting in the way of performance, alignment, or collaboration.
This is not a generic team-building retreat,it’s a space for honest dialogue, focused disruption, and meaningful forward momentum.
Who it’s for:
Executive teams, leadership cohorts, and high-impact groups who are ready to deepen trust, sharpen communication, and align around shared goals. Especially valuable during moments of transition, cultural drift, or rapid scaling.
How it works:
We begin with an in-depth intake to clarify priorities and uncover key dynamics at play.
I lead the design and facilitation of the experience, integrating relational and strategic themes essential to your team’s success.
I guide the group through a mix of dialogue, reflection, and targeted exercises, identifying and disrupting unhelpful patterns while strengthening the practices that move the team forward.
After the offsite, you receive a synthesis of insights, themes, and recommendations to carry the work forward.
360’s
As leaders progress in their careers, the ability to receive clear and actionable feedback often diminishes. This 360 process is rigorous,and it surfaces how a leader is actually experienced by those around them, highlighting where intentions and impact align, and where they don’t.
I meet individually with 10–12 key stakeholders,direct reports, peers, senior leaders, and board members (as applicable),to explore how you’re showing up across the system. We gather what’s often left unsaid: insights into your behavior, presence, communication, and leadership style. Together, we translate this into clarity around what the business needs from you now,and where your leadership can expand to meet that.
This process creates a foundation for high-precision coaching. It’s confronting. It’s clarifying. And when integrated with ongoing coaching support, it becomes transformational.
Who it’s for:
This offering is available only to clients engaging in ongoing coaching with AKCC. The depth of this process requires support to move from insight to sustained change.
How it works:
I meet with a cross-section of stakeholders, my team will support you in identifying these individuals to insure we’re received a breadth and depth of feedback
I analyze what’s shared and synthesize patterns into a clear, actionable report.
We meet for a 90-minute debrief to unpack key takeaways, blind spots, strengths, and growth edges.
From there, we build a targeted coaching plan that supports your leadership evolution.
